COD Refund Policy

At Sooti.pk, your trust is our priority. Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are rarely needed, but in certain cases, we ensure hassle-free resolution:

When a Refund Can Be Requested

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The wrong item is delivered due to packing errors.

  • The order is not delivered within the promised timeframe (3–5 working days).

How the COD Refund Works

  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue.

  3. Our team will verify and approve your request.

  4. Refund Options:

    • If the parcel was not yet delivered or picked up: Payment is canceled.

    • If the parcel was delivered but is damaged or incorrect: We can either:

      • Arrange a replacement item via COD.

      • Issue store credit for your next order.

  • Refunds are only possible for unused, unwashed, and original items.

  • Items altered, washed, or used are not eligible for refunds.
