About Sooti Wear

Sooti Wear is a Pakistani ready-to-wear fashion brand offering women’s clothing and related products through our website. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sooti Wear, while “you” and “customer” refer to the person using our website or placing an order.

Eligibility to Place an Order

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.

Customers under the age of 18 should place orders only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, fabrics, colours, sizes, measurements, embroidery, stitching details, and other product information as accurately as possible.

Actual product colours may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, editing, screen settings, fabric batches, or manufacturing differences. Where images are digitally enhanced or AI-assisted, minor differences may occur in colour, embroidery, stitching, fabric texture, or overall appearance.

Sizes and Measurements

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product size chart before placing an order. Measurements may have a minor variation due to the cutting, stitching, and finishing process.

If you order the wrong size and request an exchange, the exchange will be subject to our Return and Exchange Policy, stock availability, and applicable delivery charges.

Pricing and Availability

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve it. Products are subject to availability until the order has been confirmed and processed.

If a pricing, product, or stock error is discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you before processing the order. You may accept the corrected information or cancel the affected item.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and delivery locations. Payment must be made to the courier at the time of delivery.

After placing an order, you may receive a WhatsApp message containing your order details. You can confirm or cancel the order through this message. If we do not receive a response, our team may contact you by phone for confirmation.

Order Acceptance

Receiving an automated order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of the order. An order is accepted after its details, customer information, stock availability, and delivery eligibility have been reviewed and confirmed.

We may contact you to verify your order. We may refuse or cancel an order containing incorrect information, suspected fraud, unavailable products, pricing errors, an undeliverable address, or repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery parcels.

Order Processing and Delivery

Confirmed orders are normally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, remote locations, security conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct name, telephone number, and complete delivery address. Sooti Wear is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect customer information.

Order Cancellation

Customers should cancel their orders before dispatch whenever possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation through our team may no longer be possible.

Refusing a confirmed order at the doorstep creates unnecessary delivery and return costs. Repeated refusal of confirmed orders may affect the customer’s eligibility to place future Cash on Delivery orders.

Returns and Exchanges

Exchange requests are handled according to our Return and Exchange Policy. Eligible exchange requests must normally be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must inspect the dress and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs, and an unboxing video.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unstained, unaltered, free from perfume, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

Exchange Delivery Charges

If the issue is from our side, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Sooti Wear will cover the eligible exchange delivery charges.

If the customer ordered the wrong size or wishes to change the size or design, a standard exchange delivery charge of Rs. 250 will apply.

Refunds

We generally follow an exchange-only policy. A refund may only be considered when the issue is from our side and a suitable replacement is unavailable.

Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy, product inspection, eligibility requirements, and applicable return delivery charges.

Sale and Customized Products

Sale, discounted, promotional, and customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an issue from our side.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with the product or displayed on our website. We are not responsible for shrinkage, colour fading, fabric damage, or other issues caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, storage, or handling.

Website Use

You may use our website only for lawful personal shopping purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, collect customer information, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including the Sooti Wear name, logo, product photographs, graphics, designs, text, videos, and website layout, belongs to Sooti Wear or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights.

You give Sooti Wear permission to display and use submitted content for customer-support, website, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, courier companies, social-media platforms, and analytics services.

Sooti Wear is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of independent third-party websites and services.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sooti Wear will not be responsible for indirect losses arising from website interruptions, third-party services, courier delays, incorrect customer information, improper product care, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information.

These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled through the appropriate courts or authorities with jurisdiction under Pakistani law.
