You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please report any issue within 24 hours of delivery. A PKR 250 shipping charge applies for size exchanges. If the issue or mistake is from our side, the exchange shipping will be free.

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and normally delivered within 2–5 working days. Delays may occur due to road blockages, protests, public holidays, or area lockdowns.

For gifts or orders being sent to someone else where the receiver will not pay, we also accept advance payment.
